Cancellation Policy

At Sagar Uniwears, we understand that there may be situations where customers need to cancel their orders. We aim to keep our cancellation process clear, simple, and customer-friendly to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our Customer Support Team with their order number and reason for cancellation via email at sagar.uniwears@gmail.com or by calling +91-9311967167, +91-837687167, or +91-9818800355 during business hours.

Once the cancellation request is received and approved, the order will be halted from further processing or shipment. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the respective bank or payment service provider. Customers will be notified once the refund has been successfully initiated.

Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refuse delivery (if applicable) or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

If an order is cancelled due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping details provided by the customer, and the package is returned to us, additional reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Our Customer Support Team is available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist with cancellation requests and related queries. We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible to avoid dispatch delays or inconvenience.
