Shipping Policy
At Sagar Uniwears, we are dedicated to providing a smooth, reliable, and timely shipping experience for our customers across India. Every order placed on our website is handled with care to ensure safe packaging and prompt delivery.
Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During this time, our team verifies order details, conducts quality checks, and securely packs the products to prevent any damage during transit. In case of unexpected delays due to high order volume, stock issues, or logistical challenges, customers will be notified promptly via email or phone.
We collaborate with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are typically 3 to 5 business days for metro cities, 5 to 7 business days for non-metro cities, and 7 to 10 business days for remote or rural areas. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, strikes, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
Free standard shipping may be offered on orders above a specified minimum purchase value. Orders below this value may attract nominal shipping charges depending on product weight, size, and delivery location. Customers may also have the option to select express or priority shipping services at an additional cost for faster delivery, where available.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details and courier information will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time. We strongly advise customers to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including correct address details, nearby landmarks, and a valid contact number. Sagar Uniwears will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In such cases, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request re-delivery, subject to applicable additional charges.
In the rare event that a product is delivered in damaged condition, is defective, or appears to be lost in transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the product and packaging should be shared for verification purposes. Upon investigation, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Lost shipments will be handled in coordination with the courier partner.
Currently, Sagar Uniwears ships orders within India. We may expand to international shipping in the future. For international orders, additional shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes may apply as per the destination country’s regulations and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers who wish to modify or cancel an order must contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications cannot be processed. Returns, if applicable, will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
